Alain Barbet (ex-president)

Alain Barbet is presently President of Palm Bay International’s Spirits division, overseeing the rapid development of brands such as Aperol (4th fastest growing spirit brand worldwide), Skinnygirl Margarita, Cognac Frapin and many others. Palm Bay International is the 2nd largest wine importer in the US, behind household brands like Cavit and Santa Rita.

Previously, and until February 2010, he was the Managing Director of Hugo Ventures LLC, a strategic consulting practice, with clients in the Wines and Spirits industry, looking for strategic insight, new business development and capital acquisition.

Between 1999 and 2009, Alain took increasingly senior roles within the Pernod-Ricard group, last as Chairman and CEO of Pernod-Ricard Americas, the most profitable region in the company’s global network, with revenues in excess of $ 3 billion, and 3,500 employees from Canada to Chile. In this role, he oversaw the successful acquisition and integration of Absolut vodka, and delivered record operating profits for the region.

Previously, he had led Pernod-Ricard USA as President and CEO, following the 2005 $14 Bn acquisition of Allied-Domeccq, and then before that, had been Chief Operating Officer of the US unit following the 2001 $ 8.5 Bn acquisition of Seagram’s Spirits business in tandem with Diageo. In 2006, he was made a member of the Group Executive Committee, the company’s senior management team overseeing the strategic and operational direction of all operations worldwide.

Prior to his career at Pernod-Ricard, Alain held senior managerial positions in consumer and luxury goods companies, all US affiliates of large publicly traded European companies.

He is a graduate from Essec, a leading French business school, and an alumnus of the Columbia Business School. He has also completed Pernod-Ricard’s CEO leadership program at Insead (France and Singapore) and at the Wharton Business School (Philadelphia).

He sits on the board of his Business School Alumni association, and is also a Board member of AAGEF, an organization that brings together the U.S. Alumni Clubs of leading French Graduate Schools. He is also involved in board and advisory roles in the beverage alcohol industry, and a member of several expert networks.

Active in charity work and fundraising, Alain has been honored by the UJA Federation of New York, and the American Cancer Society.

Alain is an avid runner, having competed in marathon and triathlon races. He lives with his wife, Jeanne, and son, Alexandre, in a nationally registered historic home in Plainfield, N.J.

Founder and Chairman, Redhills Ventures™ LLC (www.redhillsventures.com), is a venture capital fund that invests primarily in healthcare services, information technology and real estate.

Mr. Chaltiel has 30 years of experience as an executive in the healthcare industry and currently also serves as Founder and Chairman of HealthDataInsights Inc. (www.HealthDataInsights.com) and Chairman of Trustifi, Inc. (www.Trustifi.com). Prior experience includes: Chairman and CEO of Total Renal Care Holdings, Inc now Davita (NYSE: DVA); Chairman and CEO of Total Pharmaceutical Care, now Apria Healthcare Group; President, COO and a Director of Salick Health Care, Inc., acquired by Zeneca (NYSE: ZEN); Mr. Chaltiel was associated for 18 years with Baxter International, Inc (NYSE: BAX), holding numerous domestic and international positions including Corporate Group Vice President, Managing Director for Europe and President, French Operations.

Mr. Chaltiel is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (Essec, Paris, France), and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Chaltiel is active in several community and non-profit organizations, including the United Way (Million Dollar Roundtable). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science (ACWIS) as well as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Adelson Educational Campus serving grades pre-k through 12.

Emmanuel Perrin

Emmanuel Perrin is the President and CEO of Cartier North America. He was appointed to the position in January 2010 after 19 years international experience within Compagnie Financière Richemont SA. Most recently, Perrin served as President and CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels Inc. managing three entities for the Americas and Caribbean markets. He graduated from Fachhochschule Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts with a German Business Administration degree and holds an International Business Management degree from EPSCI-ESSEC Business School. Born in Paris, France, Perrin currently resides in New York with his wife and three children.

Anne de Louvigny Stone (ex-president)

Anne de Louvigny Stone graduated from ESSEC and Sciences Po. She is First Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management, servicing clients of French origin residing mostly in the US, France, Belgium, UK, and Switzerland. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2000, Anne held several executive positions at American Express (New York) including Vice President of Global Marketing and Strategic Planning for the Foreign Exchange Services Division. Prior to American Express, she served three years at Eco-Emballages, in Paris, as Head of Strategic Planning, and five years as a consultant at Bain & Co. in London and Paris. Anne is President of the Association des Amis des Grandes Ecoles de France (AAGEF) and a Director and Vice President of the French American Chamber of Commerce, New York Chapter. She became Chevalier of the French Order Of Merit in 2010.

Antoine Treuille (ex-president)

Antoine Treuille (ESSEC 72) is president of the French American Foundation in New York, an organization dedicated to the exchange of ideas and sharing of best practices between French and American specialists involved in diverse sectors, including amongst others, the environment, education, immigration, the infrastructure and culture. Mr. Treuille is also president of Altamont Capital Partners, a Private Equity Fund specializing in the consumer sector. He lives in New York since 1974 and sits on a number of Corporate Boards, including those of ERAMET (Paris Bourse) and Harris Interactive (NASDAQ). A Colonel in the French Army Reserve, he was awarded the Medals of the Légion d’Honneur and the Ordre Nationale du Mérite.

Bruno Vinciguerra

Mr. Bruno Vinciguerra, an Executive Vice President of Sotheby’s since January 2007 was appointed to Chief Operating Officer of the Company in July 2008. From January 2007 to July 2008, he was the Director of New Initiatives and Director of Global Business Development. Mr. Vinciguerra previously served as the General Manager of Dell Western Europe from 2003 to 2006 and as the General Manager of Dell Southern Europe from 2000 to 2003. From 1998 to 2000, he was Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning of The Walt Disney Company. From 1994 to 1997, he was a vice president and partner of Bain and Co., where he had been employed since 1986.

Francois Luiggi – President

Francois Luiggi is the Hotel Manager at the Setai Fifth Avenue, a Capella Managed Hotel. Capella Hotels & Resorts is part of the West Paces Hotel group founded by legendary hotelier Horst Schulze in 2002.

Prior to joining Capella Hotels, Francois worked in hotel operations in several companies, including The Mark and The Carlyle in New York. Prior to his time in New York, he spent ten years with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts around the world including joining the head office in Toronto. There he opened fourteen luxury properties all around the world, most notably the Four Seasons in Hong Kong and the Hotel des Bergues in Geneva.

Francois received an MBA in Hotel Management from ESSEC Business School and Cornell University. Francois is a native of the Île de Beauté in Corsica.

Lucie Campos is Vice President in the Energy and Project Finance Loan Syndications team of Credit Agricole CIB in New York. Prior to joining Credit Agricole Houston in 2003, she worked in Paris in Fixed Income, Investor Relations, and M&A, respectively with HSBC, SG, and Deloitte.
